Anytime I can remember someone being an a****** or tailgaiting me hard they were in a pickup truck

Even if the truck was f***ing with him, which is still deplorable on his part, the Honda should have had the foresight that he was unable to pass back into the left lane. This is basic driving 101. They’re going 70+ on a 55 so passing lane etiquette is irrelevant. Where I live, rather than passing lane the left lane is usually the fast lane. Even if you are using it to pass, you need to go 20+ mph above the guy you’re passing? No. And, again, it would be clear to a competent driver that this truck was not giving him space to pass back into the left lane. So yes the truck is an a****** for blocking Honda’s access, but the Honda is the instigator. This being said, from a moral standpoint, none of us know what was going on with the Honda at this moment. Maybe he was pure recklessness incarnate, maybe his wife was dying. I was in an accident as a kid, near death experience, and my mom at one point was doing near 60 on a 35 to get home. So there is no reason to pass judgement as bystanders, and certainly no reason to celebrate our fellow man suffering a terrible accident. Malakas court adjourned.
