Just listen to other artists talk about the process with Khaled. He flies em out to a whole wellness tour before recording begins to put em in a good mood. Puts them together with producers, different artists. Gives his input every step of the way on what he needs and wants out of a record. Remains assertive throughout. I’m not saying Khaled is a bad dude or anything I’m sure he’s great to be around and that’s why so many artists and producers respect him and work with him, but it’s not like there’s any creative through line or theme running in his albums that he’s coaching the artists to stick to or aim towards during recording. I’m sure he’s just bigging them up and making them feel comfortable so they can be in the right headspace to churn out hits lmao
