Pleeeease check'em virus or a vaccine
Pleeeease, please do not let these niggas near me
Pleeeease, please do not come unless you A1
Pleeeease, who's a contagious nigga and who aint one
Sure I don’t mind. I love looking like sub zero
the delta variant aint no joke
I think here in the UK we're gonna get hit with a another huge new wave of cases soon
dunno why wouldnt wear a mask either way
Bc its infringing upon my God given american rights
Expected
Don't really care about having to wear a mask anyway
Same, I kind of enjoy the masks tbh. I have custom themed ones and it's never been an issue
I got the vaccine, I am now relieved of all duties of wearing masks ever again, otherwise I would of never got it
You shouldn’t of gotten it then, you do realize the vaccine doesn’t protect you from new variants right? Seems like there is going to be a new wave of vaccinated anti maskers now
Wearing those fabric masks literally does nothing though
That's like farting and then being shocked that other people can smell it
Nigga I just copped these plane tickets a couple days ago and all this Delta Rona s*** popping up
Been on 4 trips since COVID my brother, live your life, esp if vaccinated

the current ones protect against Delta, its just that vaccines don't stop every single person from getting it, so spreads can still occur and vaccinated people still need to be careful to an extent. There's still not too much data on it
Exactly how much the various vaccines protect against the delta variant — the newest form of the virus that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has dubbed a "variant of concern" — is still somewhat of a guessing game. But if you're fully vaccinated (two weeks after your second dose) the odds are highly favorable that you won't get a breakthrough COVID-19 infection, and even better that if you are one of the unfortunate few, you won't get a severe case.

I lowkey feel like that hancock scandal was leaked internally so boris had an excuse to fire him (especially with those whatsapp messages saying he's useless) so he could replace him with an anti lockdown head of sec
Cases are high but deaths/hospitalisation is low atm (same s*** happened last summer before the spike) but this guy wants to have 0 restrictions soon lol
will be impossible to convince a lot of the vaccinated population to care after they told us we ain't need masks
post-vax life been a movie mfs ain't going back

IF every single person wears one in a closed in area yes it does make a difference. It's just one guy can ruin it. N-95 and goggles. (which nobody is going to do now) is best for going into unmasked areas.

Oh ok, So why the urge to have vaccinated people wear masks? Normally when a virus mutates, a vaccine no longer works against a new variant

It’s literally what y’all told me to do, it’s what the President said to do, and on top of that I go to a private college and they said I need to to attend so I got it

Serious question, how reliable is NPR outside of politics? I stopped listening to them, canceled my newsletter etc when they showed a heavy Anti-Bernie bias during the 2020 election cycle
