At this point I dont know because they are in so deep with all men villains. The internet would call any villain that becomes woman SJW and would say "bitch" or a bunch of bullshit so whoever it is would really really have to fit. No spider man villains fit, I dont know fantastic four villains besides galactus, silver surfer and doom. OUt of those only doom would possibly0 fit and be a lot of backlash. On the X Men Side I just want their focus to be that you don't have to be white to be a mutant or to fit into roles previously done by whites because it is silly and goofy in 2020 in a series about not belonging.

who knows really I don't like forced changes myself so has to make sense.

White women aren't really given the greatest of roles to me. They are super type cast for white woman or love interest so even if they look different they are often given the same material so they blend in my mind or they are super interchangable in movies. Rarely a role where I am like "wow only that white woman could have played her"

See I haven't heard of any of those characters and that gives them freedom to do whatever with them. I'm glad Madame webb is getting some love too. Just show women in roles outside of just love interest, eye candy or nurturing perfect hero.

Yeah but female villains shouldnt just be in female lead stories. Especially in one that is so grounded and they don't even have powers or actually nerdy s***. Women shooting guns cool but if you actually want to connect to women do some weird s*** where they feel empowered with powers or mythology. I am hoping Wonder Woman doesn't f*** Cheetah up either but who knows.
Dont make it a cat fight ( no pun intended truly0) where they are fighting but its women making jokes about being women back and forth because then it feels like just that a joke

I don't like the casting and have a feeling her motives will be shallow and she will crack jokes. So if her motives or shallow or even more likely she is a henchman of a male character who is orchestrating everything from the shadows then what is the point

I have mixed feelings on gender swapping a character who i feel hasn’t been properly done well on the big screen.

It would really be dependent on who the actress is i think more so then anything.

While we are on that idea, who would properly play a female doom ?
