it'll just lose all essence of what made the original what it is.
the music will be different.
the acting will be different
he won't go as hard with the politics, especially in the early parts of the film
cinematography will not capture what needs to be captured
dialogue will be devoid of any spirit or vitality
Nolan would be so out of his depth on this project, it wouldn't even be funny
and say all that to say. that's okay!!
Nolan is not equipped with those tools. he got other tools that make him good
