I'd say Kanye influenced the soundscape and landscape of American rap to what it is today along with Wayne, Future, and Keef.
But 50 influenced tons of street/drill rappers and a number of rappers outside America. Ye did influenced some K Pop stars and rappers but, other than that, 50 inspired more people to rap outside America. Also, Many Men is still one of the most sampled and remixed rap songs ever.
