there’s no way you’d be at 170 at 700cal per day
i mean at most its like 12-1300 on average

usually like fast food, burgers chicken sandwiches french fries, not great

But in my completely amateur, non medical opinion so long as you’re not underweight and you got the energy you need throughout the day, it should be good.
