None of the crab rappers you guys named have sold over 20,000 first week. Selling 20,000 max are niche artist numbers. Vince might be popular on Twitter and YouTube interviews but his music clearly ain't.

Bloods seem have a much larger east coast presence than the Crips despite both being founded in LA.

Vast majority of Crips are located west of Louisiana (Cali, Texas, the rest of the southwest and pacific coast), while Bloods have a large NYC footprint which help them penetrate both coasts effectively.

Since the majority of rap the last 20 or so years hasn’t necessarily been that West Coast heavy (though there has been a resurgence the last 10) it may seem like Bloods are more represented.

I’m not from the streets, that’s just what I really know from paying attention growing up.
