I’ve heard him say a few different things, recently on GILGA Radio he said it wasn’t finished but in 2020 when Covid hit it wasn’t clear if a lot of people were gonna make it so he dropped it prematurely. Although millions died it ended up being not as bad as it could have been, however obviously that wasn’t clear at the time (start of the pandemic).

He’s about to drop the finished version of the album so we’ll finally get the completed track titles.

He also said in a complex interview that he lost his dad at the time he was making the album so the track titles and cover being unfinished reflected how he felt at the time, like his dad died too soon and there was unfinished stuff between them.

another theory: the song titles are an ‘algorithm’ based on ‘time’ which is why those are the only two songs with titles

Also, if you can’t remember that 19.10 is 2020 SOTY and that keeps you from thoroughly enjoying the music, then you’re stupid and yes he is better than you

Only the worst type of artist would do something like that. It’s almost as bad as having hidden features on your album

What’s so bad about hidden features?

It’s a great experience going into an album and being surprised with the features

Mfers always made a big deal when track listings came out and made their minds up on if they would like a song or not based on the feats lol

And nowadays, the artist adds them onto the track name a few days later so I don’t get the issue

In my head it was to see how people consume music
    Without branding
And it was a smart experiment
