ziggyI don't really think they're boring. 700 v3s, 380s and the 450 are all very interesting.
350s are definitely still on the expensive side, but in big cities you will see multiple people wearing yeezys daily. I think making his clothes and shoes cheaper has always been something he wants to do. That's also why i'm excited for the Gap release
idk if he dropping any of his s*** with gap since all his shoes are tied to adidas
those are 3 silhouettes tho out of like 10 or something. He only recently started making the experimental, futuristic designs starting with v3 and qntms. the rest are all still roshe, dad shoe, sock shoe runner
I'm just wonderin how many of his shoes are only gonna fit during the trend like og 350s. other than maybe v2s and 700s i don't think a lot of them will last. I just want the boots

DirtyYeezy’s have kinda fallen off in general.
They continue to get uglier and uglier IMO.
Waverunner’s and 350’s up to the Sesame’s are fire
All the new 350’s with the translucent stripe are ugly.... cloud white, black and the GITD ones are the only good ones
Now the newest 350’s got rid of primeknit and now look like they use this weird mesh/plastic material.... awful
380’s, 450’s are hideous
700 V2 and V3 are hideous
500’s are meh.... they look okay on girls that’s about it... and only the first colorway or black
The 500 High’s are ugly
I actually don’t hate the QNTM’s.... I think the very first colorway isn’t bad, but not a shoe I could really see myself wearing ever
Foam Runners are the goofiest looking things I’ve ever seen.... the people that wear those are probably the same people that made fun of Crocs.... people spending $350 on those absolutely astounds me
And the Yeezy Slides.... I dont like them but I don’t think they’re ridiculously ugly like I do the Foam Runners but $200?? They’re just a solid color chunk of rubber lmao. At least with Gucci or Versace slides at that price range, you’re getting SOME uniqueness and logos.... plus I hate slides that have that track sole

i mean, i don't think hype is a good measure of success or results
his shoes are usually still selling out, and even if they weren't most brands don't sell out and even hit sales. If he began consistently dropping clothing, and not making s*** like one offs like his boots and s***, i'd say it's growth of his brands becoming more standard and cemented

wholeheartedly disagree. The initial “taboo” ness of them had died off and they are pretty much becoming accepted like the 90s Air max line were. Albeit more convoluted because of the way sneaker culture is today combined with it being a Kanye shoe. There are many ugly air max color ways but that doesn’t take away from them being staple shoes.
Jun 1, 2021i have to assume the the performance technology was not up to par with other ball shoes or else more professional players would have rocked them.... i would have loved to see some of these color ways and primeknit patterns on the dames tho.
