airricJournalism at least can provide factual, objective information sometimes. Music criticism is all subjective opinion. Even if you think a technique isn't used well, someone else still liked it. It's all subjective
Subjective or not it should still be able to be criticized and if people dislike what’s said just disagree and move on

Theres a difference between criticism and hating. Half the ktt threads about drake eminem j cole old music, new music, and "hood rappers" is not criticism. It's jjust hating

even without the journalism aspect you have people every day having discussions about why they liked or didn't like something and making critiques about it. Critics just do the same but to an audience. Just another opinion at the end of the day
