IMO they never really fully recovered after the Ameer drama. And even then I think they could've been huge if they made albums full of songs like SUGAR but they didn't want to do that iirc.

Also, as much as I love BH, outside of a few key members they're not as distinct from each other as Teezo is. His voice and his look make him stand out despite his album not even selling that well.

All that being said, peak BH was pretty huge

and i think the reason is that they didn't ever get cosigned or acknowledged by mainstream hip hop. tyler is the only one of the top rappers to show them love.
