Why can't companies or celebs simply say, "If you don't like what I have to say, then don't buy my product."
If insert billion dollar company does something that offends people, and a group of people get upset, those groups of people will not hurt the company. "Go ahead and be mad. We'll still be standing."
It just seems like companies and celebrities are always having to bow down.
Why can't a celebrity say, "I'm already rich. It really doesn't matter if you dont see my movies or buy my music anymore. I'm not hurting."

Yeah I get that, but they’ll still have plenty of money without having to apologize

Why do companies change their logo to rainbow colors during June?
Yeah I get that, but they’ll still have plenty of money without having to apologize
Capitalism is about continued income and increasing that income
Who gives af abt having money when the point is growth
interest rates have gone up- we have real problems now
Only problem high interest rates are causing me is more money from my HYSA

to appease the shareholders and control their public image

Not always. It’s PR. The risk/reward just isn’t there. Like when Beyoncé changed the word “spaz” in a song. Do you risk alienating your fickle fans and lose love admiration and money? Or do you just change the lyric? It’s a lot easier to just give in

not necessarily true
this is the peak
by June or July the highest rate people will be able to get on a HYSA or CD is like 1.5%-2.1%

XXXTENTACION would never
Yeah I get that, but they’ll still have plenty of money without having to apologize
Do u know how easy it is to go bankrupt when you f*** your money up
But with that being said companies and especially celebs would be better off ignoring drama 70% of the time
Yeah I get that, but they’ll still have plenty of money without having to apologize
money doesn’t last forever
Plenty of people run up millions and lose it all
s*** comes up that you can’t predict
One example is the Housing market crash of 2008
even Multimillionaires got their pockets hit
But with that being said companies and especially celebs would be better off ignoring drama 70% of the time
It’s also just free marketing
Like when Keurig stopped advertising on Hannity’s show and all these conservatives started throwing their keurigs out the window on video
Just to buy another keurig a few months later
@op would be the worst ceo ever lol
