How did you allow RYM to get you so mad? Also them ranking Tyler over UGK has no real barring in the real world or hip-hop history, it's just a music site. Also RYM is a site thats mainly comprised of white people that like metal and prog music of course they're going to gravitate towards something different and thats ok.
please tell me ur joking
Nah we were in the msct section and i was calling his trash taste. Went on his RYMN page and posted all of his takes

They built their entire social identity around liking things that are obscure so they can feel smart and elite don’t hate them too much they’re just weak minded
At the end of the day RYM isn’t what the actual culture is listening to. That’s not to say they don’t prop up some great albums/artists
I agree but it is frustrating to see a bunch of albums by black artist get terrible reviews. I dont care who you are if your website gives Confessions under 3 stars you need to stop commenting on black culture
They like the s*** thats barely rap cause they not rap fans like that
They not hip hop fans... they just tryna diversify their playlist

For me it’s a great site for anything non rap. There’s a clear cultural divide when it’s comes to rap. That user base just doesn’t get it.
When I need some rock recommendations I’ll go there

Those people liking or reviewing the albums better isn’t really rewriting history though. when I first got into hip hop albums like Funcrusher and Blowout Comb weren’t mentioned as much and it was almost like too much of an emphasis and overrating of the main obvious classics. There’s still so much 90s stuff I haven’t gotten to and I think it’s not that bad that some of the other great stuff is getting highlighted
