Why do Men have such a hostile attitude towards Women within the music community (mainly Hip Hop / Rap for example.)

We often get disregarded and pushed to the side during debates or music discussions because our opinions are irrelevant... Because we are women?

I don't understand this logic. Yall preach about how everyone is equal and how music is supposed to bring us together blah blah blah

But when a woman decides to take part and engage with the Hip Hop or other music fanbases - we get harassed and ridiculed?

A lot of women like music based on how the artist looks rather than the music content. That’s why s*** like one direction and boy bands are popular. If a girl singer is attractive most dudes won’t actually listen to their music if it is bad

It’s like those Kpop fan accounts that spam those stupid videos under every tweet they see. They do that because their artists don’t get much organic engagement and they’re trying to boost their views. If you have autoplay on and you just scroll past it, it adds a view to the video. These mostly females too and you never see rap fans doing this

Obviously not every fanbase uses the same techniques to keep their fave on top, but you can't deny that Drake and Carti stans etc aren't wild asf lmao
