sometimes i get told i look sad, but i follow up with im not sad because im not actually sad. i just happen to have a sad look on my face
im sure if you told them you're actually sad, they'd ask why and give any advice that they can or sympathize, whatever
I'm not saying I want them to know I'm sad. I'm saying I don't understand why they're bringing it up
