Everyone knows that being caught with a cellphone during class leads to confiscation until the end of the class (or day, depending on severity/reason).
It's been that way since I was a kid and up until now, so why are so many people surprised at that. The teachers aren't doing it to be a******s, it's a literal rule lmao.

@krishna_bound Take a read on this, it's a few years old but it nails the differences in modern day issues with being a student. I was in MS in 2008, and it sounds about right. There were much less worries as being a kid then, than now.@Shenanigans take a read too.
How true is this though, wow. Back when we were kids we didn’t have to worry about constantly being plugged in and got time and freedom to actually be kids. This s*** is stressful enough as an adult, I can’t imagine how much damage it must cause to the younger generations
