Mannie Fresh & Hot Boys i would credit for that, but it wouldnt be the same without Wayne making it for sure. The Flow is something like BG or Turk, and ofc Mannie did the beat so naturally it has that signature CM sound.

Both are influential but kanye has influence wider reaching and on more successful artists

However most artists influenced by ye are also wayne influenced to an extent but ye reaches more than just music and is the reason albums were structured the way they were in the 2010s, the fashion, and the emphasis on artsy stuff

He was relevant up until his career got stalled by Birdman in '14,but even now he has high selling albums and his protege is killing the game. Ye's relevance is mostly tied to his clothing brand,shoes, Kardashians,and political blunders than his music these days.

Top 50, for sure. The Carter 4 sold 1 million first week and the Carter 5 produced a number 2 song on billboard. Top biggest songs peaked in the 30's.
