It is easy to learn? Drove automatic all my life but I feel it’s a good skill to at least know how to drive standard

The hardest part is just learning from being in stationary position into going forward/reverse and then learning how to stop. Once you are going its pretty easy. Most new cars will show you on the dash when to shift up or down. I've driven a manual for so long I usually can tell by ear when to shift.
