Music is trash and white Christianity is trash. If he really delved onto his faith and really focused on being a human and serving ppl it Ellis be fine.

Because it’s not authentic. He’s using Christianity as a means to sell records (and to win over Middle America for a possible presidency, god I hope that s*** doesn’t happen). Koonye always needs to do something to get people taking about him because the music doesn’t.

No way you’re in AIO aren’t you

It doesn’t bother me that he’s christian, Christianity is a beautiful religion and I respect people who follow it. It’s just the weird conservative s*** like he was just defending TI for getting his daughters hymen checked

    Groupthink, edginess.

Kanye is ahead of the curve because in the new decade we’re going to see more traditional values make a return. The edgy atheist way of thinking is dying out. People are seeking more and you’re going to see a lot more artists make this shift as well.

Of course when you’re 17 on a music forum you need to find something wrong with any sort of positive push.

    What’re you f***ing stupid?
Religion in general is on the decline.
Kanye is attaching himself to right wing nutjobs and acting like a f***ing Uncle Tom while making basic ass gospel influenced music with heavy handed, basic ass pandering lyrics.

He’s about to do a rally with a bunch of openly anti-LGBTQ Evangelicals, people who are very clearly using him as their “token black friend” to justify their views.

Who are you to say its not authentic?

It’s not. Koonye will say/ do anything that’ll align himself to controversy just so he can push his mediocre music. He did it back in 2005 with the whole “George Bush doesn’t care about black people” comment. He’s done this his entire career (more recently since Yeezus dropped). He says dumb s*** and drops trash music and his weirdo stans eat it up.

That still has nothing to do with his recent change and his new found belief in God. He's done a lot of good and the hate really isn't warranted.

You calling him Kooneye makes me believe that you have a lot of hate for someone you don't know and your posts all read like a bitter hater :(
