I keep hearing that people are fleeing the city but the traffic here is even worse than it used to be before the pandemic and rent is still going up lmao. I wish people were actually leaving not just these influencers who never even cared about LA in the first place since they moved here just for clout.
There was a UC study that came out like last week that said the whole people leaving in large amounts thing is complete bs
probably because LA culture is super inauthentic and superficial.

Why is everyone y'all say moving out of LA rich as hell and were never even born in Cali?
“Hell on earth”
These dudes need to stfu like they don’t live in 6 bedroom cribs on the hill.

This guy willingly hangs out with people who use him for clout and he wonders why he hates it
I mean for the average person isn't LA hella expensive?
As far as rich people we hear it all the time that LA is hell.
Moved to DC from Inglewood a few months ago. Kinda miss Cali but I'm
only remembering what life was like before Gentrification
How you liking DC? I come up every now and again (Usually for Wizards vs Bulls games) but I aint been up there in years.
This is overblown by conservatives trying to make a point or a rallying cry for the recall election

It's cool, don't know too many ppl here so it's a bit isolating but I love the overall vibe here.
Gonna try to stay for a few years

Remember last summer folk were allegedly claiming there was a major investigation where allegedly half of hollywood was arrested. Tom Hanks fled the country, Ye was making those tweets, Ellen and her alleged E Island artwork. It's all bs allegedly but as it's all alleged, most mfers got locked up lol
Taxes /Covid.
3k for a 1bdrm apartment though for the average guy? Why do that to yourself.
Cause it’s the best place to be?…. Oh really?
3k?? It’s like 1.5 k lol. Don’t exaggerate
he's finally coming home, back to the greatest city in the world
Didn’t know he moved to indianapolis

I went on a cross country road trip over the last 2 weeks. We spent a lot of that time in Cali, from San Fran down to LA.
I’m gonna have to agree, I felt like with LA, the city definitely has history and culture, but it’s almost like the people don’t care about either. You have to dig deeper there to find authentic culture, whereas in San Francisco, I felt like culture ran deep everywhere I went. It was really interesting to see.
