Because he doesnt make being white a personality trait

Hes literally just about the bars and the music. None of the gimmicky s*** that other white rappers do

What's some s*** that's good to check out from them?

older rhymesayers releases were really good in the 2000s, their newer label is a little bit all over the place, but their 00s catalog is like basically all classic imo

from Atmosphere i'd rec like everything from 2002 to 2008, God Loves Ugly being my favorite personally. also check out When Life Gives You Lemons and You Can't Imagine How Much Fun We're Having

if you like Aesop Rock his collab releases on the label have been great esp Hail Mary Mallon & Malibu Ken, also his solo releases on the label like Skelethon & The Impossible Kid are some of his best

Brother Ali released The Undisputed Truth & Shadows On The Sun on Rhymesayers which are his best albums

By The Throat by Eyedea & Abilities (rip)

Never Better by POS is underrated and ahead of its time back in like 08-09

also not many people realize Rhymesayers was the label DOOM's MM Food came out on

theres a lot of people from the scene that Evidence is associated with who are pretty underrated esp on this site tbh. besides the whole dilated peoples & alchemist associations, all his recent stuff is with Rhymesayers, no one of which who ever gets mentioned on this site besides like aesop rock sometimes

Half of these people became rap fans with Young Thug or something

Never found him that compelling as a rapper

Same, but I respect him. He's really good at what he does, it just isn't my thing.

    Brother Ali, Atmosphere, Grayskul!

I could never really get into Aesop Rock. I do recognize and respect his skill, he's just always come off a bit corny to me. There are some songs that I f*** with tho.

theres been abusive artists on most labels, that doesnt really effect anything with the artists who aren't participating it or albums that came out before that stuff was an issue. i know stuff happened with dem atlas & prof for example, but as far as I'm aware they dropped both of them afterwards?

I hate when y'all do this s*** because you put mfs in a position where they have to either let whatever you say slide or end up disrespecting the dead. It's abuse, is what it is.

Shut yo b**** ass up LMAO
