Looking at my the pictures of my grandfather, couldn’t help but notice how immaculate his hairline was, even at an older age. Meanwhile, someone like me who’s well into their 30’s is already having a receding hairline.
What gives? My theories are:
This needs to be discussed, also to see what preventative measures my son could take to not go through the same fate as me. Thanks in advance ✌️
Pretty sure its mainly caused by genetics
I’d wager it’s 50% environmental and 50% genetic
Is it actually more common though
certainly seems like it lmao
niggas be crying about hair loss everywhere nowadays
are people really more stressed how do you measure that?
They're in more debt, cost of living has skyrocketed relative to wages because wages have not kept up with inflation at all, economy been in shambles since at least the late 2000s, loneliness epidemic/mental health crisis due to social media, lack of faith in existing systems and for hope in change, increased levels of mass shootings and terrorist attacks, declining life expectancy and birthrates, brutal work hours with little time off
We hurting rn

Yes man wtf we’ve experienced two massive economic crashes (08, 2020) and dealt with a global pandemic two years ago.
I think the only two theories you forgot are medications and chemicals in skin and hair products.
People saying it’s mainly genetics are not making sense. My great great grandfather was not walking around with male pattern baldness, nor was his son

And a 20 year war for oil and opium in the background the entire time lmao

Oh man because I’ve been shampooing my hair every day
Don’t think it is.
I actually feel that more people lost it in the past.
Now you can take meds to keep it
Low T
testosterone causes hair loss but go on

My dads dad lost his hair, so did my father, but my brother is not losing his, but I had to get on the pill to keep what was left of mine when I found out it was going the bald way.
So what I am trying to say is… I don’t know
