It's not good
Mid album that fantano fans latched onto because he gave it a 10 or whatever
album was not and is not a f***ing classic. Ye's last classic and good album was YEEZUS. niggas need to learn something

kworb isn't totally accurate, but it seems to be getting the fewest daily spotify streams of all kanye albums by quite a bit

chartmasters backs this up (search kanye here), it's below everything but cruel summer which isn't really a kanye album
It’s not a Kanye album. You literally can’t find it under his name on streaming services.

Daily streams? Really bro?
Neverminding the fact that it still has a billion streams with only 7 songs and no smash hits, this is a piss poor argument.
So many great rap albums have subpar streaming numbers.
Niggas talk about "the culture" but use Stan Twitter logic to claim a great project came and went lol. I guess Daytona and The Forever Story are "forgotten" albums that came and went too.
cause it was always overhyped due to them niggas going through trauma bonds finally together on an album
it was never that good tbh
still feels like the first draft. not a demo version in a sense that it's polished but something you could built things up from. it's more of a framework than a full album

yeah man it has a good number of total streams (came) but it is not putting up numbers anymore (went). while the total numbers aren't bad objectively, in relation to other kanye albums, it seems that people don't care to come back to it.
i don't see how daily streams is a "piss poor argument" but vinyl sales from 5 years ago isn't. you said "vibes and personal opinion matter more than anything" but i backed it up with objective numbers and it's "stan twitter logic".
Nah.
KSG is about on par with 808's and Watch The Throne quality wise and it's far more consistent than Cruel Summer.
How is anyone supposed to take you seriously when you consistently spew out s*** takes like this??

That album is the definition of “came and went” and every metrics supports it. If it didn’t have Kanye’s name attached to it, no one would’ve cared about mid like that

So, if a 7 track album is selling 100k+ vinyl in 2021 3 years after it dropped and has a billion streams, it means nobody ever cared for it?
And I thought niggas here didn't like numbers arguments in rap.
Ya'll owe the Drake stans that called any rap album that doesnt stream well "trash" an apology.

it sold that much in 2021 cuz it got a new pressing, if it was consistently selling numbers like that there would more merit to that argument
also “came and went” does not mean no one ever cared for it, it’s quite the opposite. the “came” implies it was popular for a time. a one hit wonder has a hit but their career still came and went.
you also brought up numbers first with the vinyl argument and are just making generalizations about “ktt doesn’t care about numbers” and “drake stans”
