I think most mods probably have common sense

I think the mod should have to put the reason they ban someone and the poster should be able to see it so they can email to complain/make a help thread after the mute is done with if they feel it was too unfair

if there is a mod that keeps banning people unfairly I guess they would get demoted but I doubt that would happen super often
