What's disrespectful? It honestly wasn't a top 10 album what do you want them to do? Force it in even if they don't like it
Dec 26, 2021I still think Donda is a top 5 album of the year.
That said, I think Ye's hype and drama surrounding the rollout was so strong that it initially helped gave Donda a lot of buzz but, on its own, it's still a lower tier Ye album.
TLOP is better. KSG is better. Yeezus is better. Donda is only better than Ye and JIK and, even then, the gap isn't as wide as people think. Donda just has more variety of sounds and guest features.
It's still a good comeback album but it could've been condensed to 16 songs.
