whatever I do, i simply do not feel tired during the night and exercising just makes it worse. plus overthinking. fell asleep at 4 am and woke up about 7
What's yall take when there's nothing wrong but still end up w those sleepless nights?
I have racing thoughts before bed, wake up needing to pee, and end up staying up for an hour or two until I'm exhausted again.
