I don't remember there being hate for this movie. In fact, I think it was one of the most universally liked Marvel movies.

Exactly. Black Panther mostly got hate because Hollywood pushed it so hard. I don’t remember anyone saying it was a bad movie, but Black Panther being the first super hero movie to get a best picture nom left a bad taste in people’s mouth.
