the 10th anniversary of this album is coming up in May. In this climate will people over look the lyrics and reminisce about that era more than the actual album?

That album was extremely influential to hip-hop. It basically allowed people to be much more eccentric in the genre and be comfortable about it. A lot of people say it doesn’t get the recognition it deserves in that aspect.

There are some redeeming qualities about the project but that era was just so cringe in general

it was an important era with influence that lasts to this day, but most of the music from that era aged like milk
