i feel like there should be some kind of negotiation between sample holders sample users and streaming services where you can upload certain songs that use uncleared samples but they cannot be used to gain profit on either the sample users or streaming services part

Lil B's whole discography is on streaming and none of that s*** isnt cleared. Artists need to just say f*** it and if they get sued. They got the bread for lawyers. Most sample holders are d***s anyway

I'm really upset Lil Peep's mixtapes aren't on streaming but it NO f***ing way those rock band dudes will approve samples
