It’s all a business decision, usually with artist is just a coded version of feat artist

REACTIVEOn Apple Music if it says with or feat it’s the same thing. Just a stylistic choice.
When it says (artist & artist) then both are listed as lead artist and the splits are different from a normal feature.
I hate when they do both on the same album
