    How aren’t they?

Both got charged with abuse of a corpse

One was an abortion and the other a miscarriage but that’s not what either got in trouble for. They got in trouble with what they did with the fetus.

22 week fetus vs a fully developed child

Nobody f***ing killed it you re.ta.rd, go f***ing learn what a miscarriage is.
Her body couldn't handle her pregnancy and miscarried the fetus, she didn't take a f***in abortion pill you re.ta.rd
Thats why i said you do realize those are 2 different things
If she just didnt touch the bloody fetus/tissue pulp mess whatever and called an ambulance, she wouldn't have been charged with s***, for f***s sake!!!!

He knows that, he’s just trying to white knight and be progressive.

    Sad world.

You . The prosecution is calling her a killler for having a weak womb . Hence the charge abuse of corpse , after having a miscarriage

If i read the OP right, she voluntarily left the hospital cause she couldn't wait 7 or 8 hours for them to decide the proper course of action.
I understand her situation, that's why I said I would never charge her with anything, but people playing with their health and being careless in situations that are as dire as this gets me frustrated

She voluntarily couldn’t wait but still returned the next day after the pain and bleeding would not let up.

I think anyone waiting for almost 8 hours would be frustrated and also leave. I had a huge injury on my hand and had to leave after 5 hours of no attention and went to urgent care where they treated me in minutes.

I think the blame is falling on the wrong party here. She was a woman, bleeding, and in pain with a doctor saying inducing her was urgent and matter of life and death, then they still took 7 hours?

True, you are right, I think it's a cultural thing as well, cause here in EU, at least in my country - if you go to a hospital for anything, you know you're going in for at least 4, 5 hours cause they are state owned, free healthcare so the doctors are swamped.
So its wild to me that she couldn't wait 7 or 8 hours when she literally could've died.

But she did wait 7 hours, I get what you’re saying but it says she didn’t leave until 7 hours had gone by

The f***ing cop that showed up after she tried to flush the miscarriage is calling a 22 week old fetus , a child

Yeah, I didn't get the part where she returned after having left, but still - is it so wrong or irrational to assume you are to call an emergency team if you are going through a miscarriage?

I understand she didn't want her mother to know & it's an awful situation all around, but she really did all she could to make it even worse, honestly.

These kids are so obsessed with being liberal and “open-minded” that they’re trying to defend throwing a fetus in the garbage as if it was a candy wrapper.

    Brainrot.

Mehhhh I definitely don’t feel that way lol

I’m not a maga or Christian person at all

But abuse of remains is still a thing, a thing that probably shouldn’t be done

  • Dec 16, 2023

But she flushed it like you are supposed to do and it got stuck because she has bad plumbing . Also I realized people on this site don’t realize that 99 percent of all miscarriages at home are flushed

I don’t give a s*** about being perceived as liberal or open minded and I don’t believe the woman should’ve been charged

In the watts case the prosecution is not even calling it a fetus though they are saying it’s a baby , so how can you be charged with mishandling a fetus ?she is being charged with fpl laws which were written by mentally sick fundies that want this outcome in any case where the woman has a problem with fertility

    That’s semantics

They both got rid of a fetus/baby/whatever you want to call it in a pretty inhumane way

  • Lou

    Threw it in the garbage?

yeah that's what ends up happening when you live in a country that prioritizes a fetus's life over a human beings

Huh? So its factual for a lawyer and a cop in a court room to say a 22 week old non viable fetus is a child? Pretty obviously a linguistic ploy by the prosecution
