I’m guessing from the vid Lobo will be the villain (or one of?) of the Superman movie, and have a subsequent spinoff

I think Lobo is a great fit for Momoa, and hopefully he can give a distinct performance from Aquaman.

My theory is that he won't even introduce DCU Batman till after Matt Reeves is done with his story.

That's insane Reeves got like multiple shows and atleast two films in production that take forever it's no way he's already writing a new Superman film and cancelling all this stuff for something that far away.

I hear you. The other option is Reeves' Batman will be an elseworld story, similar to Joker.

The last thing I want is for them to retrofit his Batman in the new DCU.
