Hearing there's been discussions about returning to office. Time to find a new job. Shame because I like most things about my job. We just hired a contractor who's halfway across the country too, so I'm gonna be livid if he's the only one working remote.

No kidding man lol. I've been so incredibly annoyed since I got that news. Nothing's been set in stone yet and don't know when it's gonna happen, but it seems inevitable. Hybrid was mentioned, but it's still pretty awful. No real justification for that imo.

Sucks because like I said, I actually like my job for the first time in my life, but having to go to the office is a major deal breaker for me. I ended up swapping fields with this job as well, so it's gonna be a b**** finding a new job with less than a year of experience.

being self sufficient makes working in corporate so much more fun

I work with corporate and industrial individuals so its fun to see both sides of the spectrum.

I would hate to sit in the office all day so when I get a call on the radio I get nervous (b/c im new) but I'm also relieved because I get to explore and talk to people.

They’re making me work a full-time week in a retail restaurant as a cook to “get a full sense” of the company in a fun hands on way. It’s part of a company welcome.

this lady that sits in front of me coughs up a storm everyday and won’t get tested or wear a mask. and this other lady next to me b****es literally all day about everything for tiny issues like someone cc’d her in an email. it feels like the movie office space. kill me

they just fired my coworker, idk why. she was such a huge help in our department, it was basically just us

and she was always staying late to finish projects meanwhile im outta here at 5 on the dot everyday. i know that's a generational difference but she really put in hella work and i feel bad that she's unemployed now.

they hit me w that and i still got the job, just be persistent
