today was a good monday!

i do be working like 8-5 very very strictly, occasionally getting off early on fridays or super super slow days, but it do be making me mad when i see snaps from friends who get off early and or work from home. like DAMN good life eh

i still checked my email smh my head
luckily it was mostly just promotional stuff... and the other things werent super urgent

i just didnt wanna come back to 30+ emails tomorrow morning

my job I dont clock in numbers but I work hourly

I gotta scan my badge whenever I enter / exit the building so maybe that's how they keep track but I've arrived late and still put 8 hours. I don't think they care unless you make it obvious you are trying to manipulate the system. Work life is pretty chill. I have responsibilities and people that look up to me for accountability. One thing I'll say is I hate sitting in the office and I hate mornings/ I hate mornings more, but I can tolerate the office once it hits like 2 lol.

If I have to go back to the office 3 days a week…

1 hour commute daily interacting with nothing but ppl 45+ all day.

My current WFH schedule is literally me waking up at 9:59am for my daily stand-up meeting, getting my s*** done in under 1 hour, napping until my next meeting and calling it a day by 3pm

How do you guys deal with toxic coworkers? I have this one older woman that complains about everything and i mean EVERYTHING. Then she constantly complains about why noone wants to help her. it’s cause all you do is b****.

We’re in the same department together so I have to deal with it. I’m probably going to quit because of her
