diormybodyHow do you guys deal with toxic coworkers? I have this one older woman that complains about everything and i mean EVERYTHING. Then she constantly complains about why noone wants to help her. it’s cause all you do is b****.
We’re in the same department together so I have to deal with it. I’m probably going to quit because of her

I live 5 mins from home and I walk to work. I asked my manager for work from home and he said “why you literally live less than 5 mins away and somehow your still late everyday”

What’s worse is I was an accountant prior to this job but I got fired after I didn’t cut checks for landlords for two months. In January when I finally decided to to do the check runs and send Checks that were two months over due, I put the check date by mistake as 2020 and 60 checks bounced. These checks totaled over 200k. I was fired a week later

This was an entry level lol. And I have a masters. It sucks cause this is was a government gig and the amount of holidays and benefits we had was off the hook. It was a super toxic environment though. You know what’s crazy tho? I’m making the same now as an a/r person as I was a staff accountant
