My boss ain’t s*** but she going on maternity leave next month and our whole department is hyped af for her to gtfo

My worst customer was this guy telling me I wasn’t a man and should join the army cus I wouldn’t ring up his groceries when my department doesn’t do that and there were 5 people behind him waiting to order

those 10 minutes sitting in your car on KTT before you clock in to a 10 hour grave shift at the place you hate the most >>>>>>>

Wake up everyday at 3, go workout then come to work.

I usually stay til around 7 ima dip out around 3-4

im off today and got paid this morning

working from home allows me to bullshit my work, strategically stretching out my workload throughout the day.

I bs the first hour, then eat breakfast the second hour, then have my actual half hour break at noon

I start actually working at like 1 PM

add meetings here n there throughout the day

It feels so f***ing awkward working at a 5 Star hotel again, the coworkers were great but I just can't be "myself" around rich people.

19 and have worked at this place for like 6 months and somehow got promoted to a manager position

Oh for sure but the people I work with never come in and don’t do s*** so I have to do it

That's why they made you a manager because you show up to work and not only do you do your s***, youre capable of doing the work of others. I don't be doing that s*** unless I f*** with my co workers/boss if I don't like you I'm not helping you do no extra s***. But I've worked with crews where we all move like one unit and everyone helps each other and that s*** is a thing of beauty to witness. That kind of s*** can burn you out i be like you want to give me more responsibility cool give me more bread? Nah. f*** you I'll keep doing what I do. Until I find a better job.
