My finance consulting job switched to hybrid. Honestly a blessing. My second job, data a***ytics is full time in office. Also another blessing.

WFM should be an option for sure but 5 days a week is just killing people.

Most people phone it in and hardly do major work on Fridays anyway. And these days, many higher-ups, managers/supervisors don't work Fridays or just WFH on Friday cause don't nobody wanna do s***.

Yeah I'm not against that model.....it should be focused on what the individual wants as long as they get the job done.

There's so much benefit from WFH for me personally. Don't have to worry about the commute to work and back, ironing my clothes for the next day, waking up extra early just to go gym. I now can do my workout at my lunch break which means my evenings are more free to do more of what I want and I feel alot better.
