I have some. Durability is pretty nice. Have worn and washed them a bunch and they have some fading but besides that nothing really.

Don’t really wear them as often now bc i have gravitated towards wider pants, but for a skinny/slim work pant they are a solid option imo.

I have 4 pairs I wear them all the time yes they’re worth paying retail if you have to but most of the time you can find them on discount for like 70 here’s where I get them

One thing I really try to do when it comes to carhartt wip is find it on sale I think besides specially in the Uk it’s already cheaper than in the states plus you find some sales it’s actually responsible to ball out on carhartt when you can that’s my justification to spending like 200-300 on carhartt wip also another good website is huhstore.com

I heard lvc switched manufacturing to China since cone mills shutdown, do you know anything ab this? Love the styling of their stuff but have always wondered about the quality.

They've always done a lot of manufacturing in Turkey and Portugal, i think very little of the LVC line is/was made in USA anyway, I don't think it'll be a big change. The quality of a pair of jeans is only as good as the denim itself. My guess is they'll find a mill in Japan that has a very 'Cone Mills' feeling denim and roll with that.
LVC isn't worth the price though, even though it looks super cool.
