Worked for this company called RGIS that payed $11/hr but the shifts were horrible. Your schedule would never be consistent from week to week, s*** not even day to day. I’m talking 3am-9am on Monday and then 1pm-7pm on Tuesday. S*** made it impossible to get proper rest
We were responsible for inventory counts at department stores and grocery stores. We had these little scanners attached to our hip and scanned the price tag of each item in the WHOLE STORE. S*** was lowkey exhausting especially when items are high up and you had to extend your arms for HOURS.
They had the highest turnover rate I’ve ever seen for a job lmao that s*** was like the military. You see your homie today and he gone tomorrow

Go to any warehouse in yo local area. They paying mad bread lol. Amazon should be yo last option
worked for this third-party communication company as an operator for a number of american phone/cable providers (e.g. Comcast, Verizon, Windstream, AT&T, etc.) and man did it it make me realize how f***ing racist Americans can be especially the elderly. I was taking 500-700 calls a day lmfao. It would range from emergency calls, 411 calls, collect calls to international calling. I lasted for 8 months tbh, I went off on customers for my last 2 months there which was mad entertaining lol. They'd be saying s*** about Mexicans for example and I'd just reply with s*** like "why you mad they f***ed your wife". It's so easy to get these boomers mad, f*** them bigots
I liked all my jobs tbh. But worse has to be Forever 21.
I did register mostly, the lack of faith of they have in there cashiers is crazy lmfao. I needed to get manager permission to do anything on it. And they marked you if you where a penny short the employee discount was only 10% and you couldn’t wear any other brand you had kids cutting off the vans tag off there shoes
Stopped showing up after a month and they didn’t fire me until two months later once seasonal was over.

why my last option tho?
Because that’s the closest thing to slavery in a 9-5 field. Well warehouse in general. That’s why I never took s*** serious and just f***ed around lol
factory job where on the second day I got hit on the head by a steel cage door, I didnt come back after the third day
Sports Authority. I worked there for about 4 months and it was the worst working experience in my life lmao. The hours were all over the place and they treated you as only worth your sales and most importantly warranties you finessed people into buying the week before.
I called out one time.... Once! And the store manger didn’t believe me. He took me off the schedule and a couple days later let me come back. I had to talk to him for like 30 minutes to beg him to believe me. He didn’t.. But he needed me for Black Friday and the Christmas season. Knowing I was on thin ice I stepped up everything and somehow ended up leading in sales. People had been there for years and I leap frogged them because I needed the job badly. After Christmas he told me I would be on a suspension because of calling out for two weeks.. After two weeks I called in for my schedule and I still wasn’t on it...
I ended up calling an old co-worker of mine from a movie theater I worked for in high school. He was now a manger and they were hiring. I took that job and never called Sports Authority again lol. Never did that with a job before or again.
On top of treating employees like crap, cleaning up the entire store at the end of every night was insane. The movie theater was not much easier but the managers treated you like actual human beings and the staff was cool as hell. This was like when I was 20-21
