I love this album and I think it'll be the best first listen I ever experience in my life. But I kinda agree Maybe he should've just done new bits of the poem instead of repeating parts he already said on previous songs and then done the complete version at the end of Mortal Man. Remove the 2pac interview but make the connection in interviews where he explains the 2 Pimp a Caterpillar title or have something on the album based on the vision he had which is mentioned at the beginning of the Hiipower music video.
But this is unlikely, he had that rare ass Pac interview and would want to use it. And the beginning of These Walls would not slap the same without that poem intro
Love this response
I mean the Pac interview is right at the end after the actual song ends so you could easily stop it. I like how the poem expands and connects you to the development of the album with each song, its only like 5 seconds or so lol

Maybe he's the artist, and made what he wanted to make and it came out perfect
The poem throughout isn’t a problem but the interview at the end was cringe and ruins the vibe tbh.

"Nobody can express their own opinions on art released to the world by artists. Scorpion and Ye came out perfect. I have absolutely no thoughts on what could've been done differently when it comes to any form of art"
Why are you even on here if you feel this way, this way of thinking defeats the entire point of a music forum
Probably wouldn’t change. It’s already loved.
That 2Pac s*** was the corniest thing I’ve ever seen on an album tho imo
it's just calm spoken word lol
if anything theres a case for the intros on DAMN ruining the album (exhibit a: having to hear a male choir sing and some DJ screaming in your ear for 23 seconds until DUCKWORTH. actually starts)

yall woulda hated the mixtape era in that case lol
it has never been easier to skip s*** you don’t like in songs thanks to streaming, and ppl still find threads like this necessary lol
On this site honestly every thread with Kendrick in the title I've come to expect to be absolute hot trash idk why.
most threads on here suck if we keeping it a buck
op is conflicted

This site sucks if we keeping it a buck and the stans are ruining it.
yall let kendrick fake interview pac LMAOOOO
at least it fit the album and afeni shakur allowed to use it
now tell me what business drake had with buying a michael jackson demo that he probably wouldn't allow to be released and making a wack song out of it and then stop using it on his tour when leaving neverland aired
You know the album is a masterpiece when they attacking everything else than the music on the album
Music is cheeks too. Don’t worry.
