Talk to a builder in your area and see what it would cost to do whatever you want it to be. You haven't even said what type it will be. Will it be just a bedroom or will it have a br and a kitchen etc. All that s*** matters from a cost perspective and what someone would be willing to pay for it

Sounds nice until the tenants stop paying your ass and refuse to leave and the cops ain't about to help you kick someone out and you can't take anything into your own hands without getting charged for some bs. Then you're losing out on the rent money and paying for any utilities out of your own pocket because as a landlord you're not allowed to cut off the utilities such as the water or electricity otherwise you're the one who's gonna get charged. And then let's not forget about the extreme renovations you're going to have to do once the tenants finally decide to leave the mess they've created because there's no way you're going to be able to rent your place out again for good money without fixing all the s*** the previous tenants broke and f***ed up while they were there. And then you pray the same s*** don't happen again.

Don't forget about the all the headaches you get while you in this situation that deteriorate your health and well being.

Can't trust no one these days man. They bring u a fake credit check, references and everything and then just be on some demon time bs.

But I pray it works out for u man. F*** the scummy tenants out there that f*** it up for everyone else and same goes for scummy landlords that ruin the game for others as well.
