Weird ass hypothetical, but if a minor was trying to maim/kill me intentionally and for some reason my only available recourse was murder, I would kill them.
However, if there was any other possible recourse I would do that, and if they weren’t trying to kill or maim me, just doing it on accident, I don’t know if I could justify killing them over it

would try to stop the situation with reasonable force, but if I had to kill them to save myself then yeah obviously.

the question of what to do if a malicious child is trying to kill you and it's you or them is easy. you pick yourself and kill the child.

but what if a bomb is flying toward you. the only way to stop it is by throwing a baby at it. doing so will explode the bomb killing the baby but leaving you unharmed. the baby has a terminal illness and the doctors have assured you that they will not live more than another year before passing of natural causes. their existence up until that point is wrought with pain and suffering due to their illness. do you throw the baby?
