Depends on if you’re talking about something single like a condiment or an entire type of Hispanic /american /japanes etc cuisine

Picky enough that you will have to change your diet significantly, and you will always need to take your partner's tastes into account when you are grocery shopping or eating out. I realise that's vague, but it's the only fair way to word the hypothetical, if I said something specific like "she hates Chinese food" then for the people who don't like Chinese food either, there's no downside.
