this man has a point. we're constantly bombarded with social media/the internet/virtual relationships with people and negativity just seems so prominent more than ever now it seriously is molding people's personalities. clarity happens when you disconnect from these things and lead a life of your own

yep. it's normal to feel overwhelmed when you're constantly being bombarded by fear-based news and propaganda.
there's a reason why the news is LITERALLY never ever positive ever. it's always negative and fear-based. it's 100% intentional. it's the easiest way to control the population and keep them at a low state of consciousness of always being scared of everything.
