highly recommend watching the OG first. the other ones aren't really necessary. Scream 4 is also cool to watch for one minor character but not necessary at all

The original is the only one but 2,3 and 4 all have charms well 3 less so

yeah now that i think about it, the new movie also alludes to someone from 2. But 3 has absolutely nothing to do with this one
