He was pretty much just a teen and I think his music will always appeal to teenagers going through the strong emotions that puberty brings

Former teens that grew up with X will look back at his music as something they enjoyed for a particular place and time but have grown out of.

The weird thing is that when j cole dies people will actually realize that he has good music. Instead of thinking he's overhyped.

What I'm saying here is that X doesn't have good songs, it's just the fact that he died that made his songs get listened to. And to be totally honest, every song after his death was trash.

What's funny about this, I've seen kids on the school bus (this was last year) and if somebody talked trash about X they thought it was a death threat to them, like if you insulted naruto.

Saying he was overrated is being nice. People act like he was the first emo rapper who occasionally singed and yelled on tracks. Dude died the same year he started to blow up mainstream wise.
