Ain’t even tryna make it into a whole progressive/conservative thing (no clue to the guys leanings) but the ultra progressive folks always cannibalize themselves when it comes to this type of stuff. They lose sight of the difference between showing something proper respect and culture appropriation.

Imagine thinking we're not losing something all these developers nerding out in public without their PR teams creating glossy videos for them where everything is perfect
