IW story was abysmal imo. I had a ton of fun actually playing it, but the story brought it down a couple points for me, particularly due to the antagonists. I think I'll enjoy this one quite a bit though. I actually really liked Gaiden's story (actually made me more OK with 6's ending lol), but I just wish it was a bigger game.

Yeah in the OG version Majima only shows up 3 times in the game and he's supposed to be more mysterious. Like oh s*** it's Majima kinda energy
Then they made the Majima everywhere system for Kiwami 1 and it becomes more goofy lol as well as adding scenes from 0 and stuff to Kiwami

which was an issue with infinite wealth imo. it really made ichiban take a backseat to get kiryu's arc off and they always find a way to keep dragging him back
