Told manager that I'm leaving and he put me into a different department for my last week so they could train the new guy who would take over my responsibilities. New department was hell and poorly managed. People working there were absolutely f***ed. Finished the day off and never came back.

Ive ghosted on a job opportunity but never a job.

Kinda regret ghosting that opportunity atm, it just wasnt in my field but i was getting practically handed a supervisor position.

Couldn't do it. But the job I had 2 years back was super corrupt and had us scamming people and s***.

So, I stopped going for a week for moral reasons while looking for another job while the manager was texting me begging me to stay on board cause the turnover rate was high af.
